Conditions for membership in the association


Types and conditions of membership

An active member is a member who acquires membership in the association from the date of the association’s Board of Directors’ decision to accept his membership and pay the prescribed amounts within the period specified in these regulations. He is entitled to participate in all of its activities, enjoy all rights, and bear all the obligations resulting from this membership.

A working member is required

  • Not less than 22 years old and not more than 50 years old.
  • To pay all financial obligations resulting from gaining membership in accordance with what is determined by the Board of Directors and the General Assembly and in a manner that does not conflict with the financial regulations issued by the administrative authority.
  • He must not be deprived of exercising his civil rights, and no final judgments have been issued against him for a criminal penalty or a misdemeanor penalty for a crime prejudicial to honor or trust, or he has not been declared bankrupt by a final ruling unless he has been rehabilitated.
  • He must be of good conduct and good reputation, and his institution or company must not be subject to judicial prosecution.

Managing Director

Any member may delegate another member to replace him from within the association and he will be a working member. The secondment shall be in writing and signed by the member, and the Board of Directors must approve his joining. This member may replace the working member with full powers on behalf of the working member, but the signature of his decisions as the working member is considered a decision. One for one

Honorary member (consultant)

He is the member who the association's board of directors decides to accept in this capacity due to his being a tool to the state or the association The services sector. The term of membership is one year, subject to renewal, in a manner that does not violate the association’s regulations An honorary member of all services provided by the association, but he is not entitled to vote in the general assembly The internal elections of the association, but his opinion is taken as an advisory only.
