📌 Required Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as a manager.
* Experience in preparing and developing sales strategies. Developing comprehensive sales plans aligned with the company's objectives. This includes identifying target markets, determining appropriate sales methods, and forecasting future sales.
* Supervising sales teams and organizing ongoing training to improve their performance and ensure sales goals are met.
* Making data-driven decisions to improve sales strategies and direct sales activities.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, working to meet customer needs and enhance their experience with the products and services provided.
* Experience preparing accurate reports for senior management on sales progress, achieved goals, and any challenges facing the team or market.
💰Salary: Will be determined after submitting your CV based on experience.
